More staff won’t improve inclusion - better practice will.

We work with schools to strengthen professional practice so every student can engage, learn, & thrive.

Our Approach

Our team brings together the science of behaviour, teaching practice, and design thinking to support meaningful change in schools. We work alongside educators and leaders to build approaches that are practical, consistent, and sustainable - embedded into how schools actually operate, not layered on top of existing workload.

Our Process

Our process is both simple and effective.

We start by understanding your current environment and learner needs - what’s working, where the pressure points are, and how behavioural support is currently being delivered.

From there, we work alongside your team to design practical approaches, build capability through targeted development, and embed strategies into everyday practice so they hold over time.

In-person & remote consultation.

Based across both VIC and NSW, we travel when you need us there, and provide support via video-conferencing when you don’t to save your school resources.
